ZIA is an apartment measuring 140m2. It consists of a spacious dining room with a fireplace, totally equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two complete bathrooms, one of them in the main bedroom and a terrace with garden furniture. In the main bedroom there is a balcony with views of the mountains. If you look out of its large windows you will be able to see the mountains that are opposite, including Mount IZU.

The first thing that will attract your attention is the large skylight on the roof as a reminder of the fire that destroyed the house some years ago. This skylight looks onto the kitchen and one of the bathrooms. Just imagine having a shower while you look at the sky and the stars, or while it is raining or snowing. Watch the birds that perch on what for them is the roof.

Located at the top of the building the main terrace faces west and the feeling of being inside the oak grove is incredible. Having breakfast, eating or reading here is a real pleasure. There are elm tree root washbasins in the bathroom. These trees, that grow on riverbanks, are naturally waterproof. The Per Purr amenities are 100% natural products and are 0% toxic, ecological and sustainable, made with great care by hand.

The rooms in the apartment are spacious, bright and comfortable. The outside areas are well looked after, with furniture so that you can eat and have breakfast surrounded by nature. The furniture, wardrobes, bedside tables, pictures, and headboards have been meticulously designed by Jose Pablo Arriaga, as a link between his poetry and the need to express his boundless search for freedom and a profound understanding of human beings and their relationships.

His idea that peoples and roofs are similar has made sense here: the same as tiles and people. The fact is that a collection of photographs called TEILAK (tiles) link the 5 apartments. Large-size macro photographs take centre stage in each living room.
